- I have been enjoying a late afternoon walk in the park with Cocoa. We love watching sun rays through trees and autumn colors :)

One week is too short

Every once in a while, especially in cold winter months, I often find myself day-dreaming of sitting by the beach or the pool and doing absolutely nothing.

My day-dream finally came to reality when I got a chance to visit my family and friends in Thailand.

As soon as we landed, we headed to Hua-Hin beach right away. One week was way too short! I'm already missing Thailand!

Mood board | After the rain

Typhoon hit tokyo area since sunday evening and just left this afternoon.

The night was very gloomy, you could hear rain splashed against your windows.

The wind made eerie sound, it woke me up through the night. I'm glad everyone I know are safe.

When sky finally opened up, I could see double rainbows. Moments after the storm are one of my favorites. I love it!

Currently obsessed | Green tea

As I'm slowly cutting down my coffee intake, I'm shifting my obsession towards green tea.

I have been drinking iced green tea religiously since the beginning of this summer.

My favorite is green tea with roasted brown rice. If you haven't tried it, i highly recommend it!

 Today, I'm going to show you an easy how-to clean your sterling silver and silver jewelry.

simple lunch

my everyday lunch are usually a left over from last night's dinner.

since i'm a (very) lazy cook, it is also my husband's obento (lunch box) hehehe.

I have a confession to make. I have a love fest with french bread and pastry.

I don't know why there are so many wonderful bread shops in Japan.

It's tempting not to try some especially when Gontran Cherrier opens at Shinjuku recently.

I immediately love their croissant and pain au chocolat. Who can resist such a buttery pastries?

I love to immerse myself in a quiet space, with my eyes close and just stay silence for five to ten minutes.

By doing that, it helps when I'm feeling confused at decisions-making, I can hear what my heart has to say :)

French bread

I spent my saturday making bread. the recipe i used has no eggs and butter. it turned out better i expected.

something new

I have been living in 3 different countries for the past ten years (crazy!). I often think of my family and friends.

We always keep in touch by emails and letters. At the end of the letters, we would write xxx or xoxo.

It's also inspired me to come up with sending kisses earrings. Spreading love is awesome ♥

flowers are blooming everywhere. i love summer, but less humidity would be perfect :)

summer is officially here in Japan. I've been snacking on Cherries and chilled cherries smoothie to combat with the heat.
